TERMS & CONDITION :: # Client should not claim UTP cable at any time. As its provided by PCV # Monthly line rent should be paid within 5th working days of next month. Otherwise PCV can close this line without sharing to the respective users # Incase changing the location of existing line. Tk. 500 will be paid as transfer fee and Tk. 18 / meter will be paid for extra cost. # Any complain should be logged at complain book and then it will be in effective. Problem should be solved within 24 hours. # If problem is unusual /needed further study, then time should taken to satisfy valued customer need. # Any complain should be logged in office hour (Before 5:00PM) # We are responsible for Link and bandwidth. For CPU issue we are not liable. # In case of any thief or loss. Client will pay compensation to continue the line. # Equipment at customer end will be maintained by own risk. |
